I’m a Canadian-trained Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), educated through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario with 2,200 hours of training and rigorous clinical exams. In Ontario, massage therapy is regulated as a health profession, so my training emphasized anatomy, physiology, pathology, rehabilitation, and evidence-based techniques.
I’ve continued advanced study in deep tissue, neuromuscular, lymphatic drainage, and therapeutic bodywork, and have collaborated with physicians, sports medicine doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other professionals to treat a wide range of conditions from repetitive strain and nerve impingement to prenatal care and chronic pain.
Clients describe my approach as intuitive and deeply therapeutic yet gentle. I use slow, deliberate movements to work deeply and comfortably, blending postural assessment, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and neuromuscular techniques to create a customized session for each individual.
Insurance: California does not recognize foreign massage credentials, so I work as an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. This allows me to offer individualized care without insurance restrictions; I’m happy to provide an itemized receipt for possible reimbursement.
